Tailored Bodice Dresses (i.e Belle Dress, Bella Dress)

The bodice dress measurements fall perfectly in line with our sizing chart. Before placing your order we advise that you measure your chest (around your back and over the centre of your bust) and your waist (at the smallest part) against our sizing chart.  

Some of our pieces may not be intended to be worn tight to the figure. In this case, the measurements provided within each size bracket are the SUGGESTED figure size for the garment rather than the exact sizing of the piece.

Our advice: as there is no give to our fabric, if you have a fuller bust we would advise sizing up. Please contact us at hello@olanaclothing for advice before placing your order should you like a little help with sizing.

Note: As all of our garments are hand cut and sewn, please understand that we work at a 1cm tolerance either side of the measurement.

If you require specific, individual tailored measurements or lengths, please feel free to contact us at hello@olanaclothing.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We do offer a bespoke tailoring service where we are able to create bespoke bodice sizes and skirt lengths for an additional fee.

Cut from organic cotton poplin, the Clémence midi dress is a full length beauty that transitions effortlessly from strolling through the cobbled streets of town to dancing as dusk sets in. The bold square neckline presents the most flattering finish and is accentuated with long puff sleeves that cascade alluringly loose to the elastic cuffs. The free-flowing, full length skirt with hidden side pockets falls beautifully from the close fitting elasticated bodice into a wide turn-back hem. Combining show-stopping elegance with an easy wearing appeal, the Clémence dress is pure, summertime romance.

100% organic cotton poplin.

Fabric properties: Comfortable, crisp, light, smooth.

Gentle hand washing using mild fabric conditioner is advised but our cotton range is able to be machine washed at 30 degrees with lovely results.

Our pieces are all handmade to order and so please expect delivery of your garment to take 2-3 weeks. The process for creating each garment involves designing, cutting, stitching, steaming, labelling, packaging and sending to each of our customers personally.

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £250.

Each order below £250 is charged at a flat rate of £7 for standard shipping via the Royal Mail First Class Tracked service.
