General delivery

We no longer offer always available made-to-order dresses. We now create limited seasonal collections.

Small batches of our signature designs, made in advance and ready to ship. Each one meticulously handcrafted by the same talented seamstresses in our Yorkshire studio.

Our small team takes a meticulous approach to pressing, wrapping and packing each of your orders before sending them on their journey to you from our local post office. As such, please allow up to 1 week for the delivery of your beautiful garment (s).

How much is UK shipping?

We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service.

Do you ship globally? 

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations.

Europe

We operate a standard charge of £30.00.

All orders over £400 receive free shipping.

Due to varying customs regulations following Britain's exit from the EU, we are unable to guarantee customs clearance and must advise that you may incur delays and customs fees upon receipt of your order. Olana cannot accept responsibility for any fees or delays with your order. 

U.S.

As of August 29th, the United States removed the ‘de minimis’ exemption - a rule that has, until now, allowed all international purchases under $800 to enter the U.S. without import duties or taxes.

In order to re-introduce sales to the U.S, we are operating with a standard shipping charge of £40, which is charged at the checkout of your Olana purchase. Within 48 hours of your Olana purchase, you will receive an invoice for taxes and duties payable which are charged at 10% of the total value of your purchase. Please note that Olana does not profit in any way from these charges. This payment goes directly to the U.S. customs department. 

Australia

We operate a standard charge of £60.00.

Rest of the world

We accept orders worldwide for a delivery charge of £35.

All orders over £500 receive free shipping.

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery. Olana is not responsible for for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This may delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
