Covid-19 impact

Our employee health and safety always comes first and anything we can do to prioritise the wellbeing of our team is of the utmost importance to us. As a result, our dressmaking studio is currently closed and our dressmakers are unable to fulfil your Olana orders at this time. However, orders will still be taken and our dressmakers will handcraft your beautiful pieces within 8 weeks of their safe return to work. Thank you for your understanding at this uncertain time - we look forward to the time when we can see you wearing your chosen Olana pieces!

General delivery

Olana carries just 3-5 pieces of stock per item with a 2-3 week stock replenish period. In the case where items are out of stock, those pieces will be made to order with an expected UK delivery time of around 2 to 3 weeks.

How much is UK shipping?

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £150.

Each order below £150 is charged at a flat rate of £5 for standard shipping via the Royal Mail First Class Tracked service.

Do you ship globally? 

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations.

Europe

We operate a standard charge of £15.00 and use Royal Mail tracked.

All orders over £250 receive free shipping.

Rest of the world

We accept orders worldwide for a delivery charge of £30.

All orders over £350 receive free shipping.

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery. Olana is not responsible for for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This may delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
