Our sizing is a guide only. 

Please consider the guide and your individual body type when choosing your size.

Tailored Bodice Dresses (i.e Belle Dress, Bella Dress)

The bodice dress measurements fall perfectly in line with our sizing chart. Before placing your order we advise that you measure your chest (around your back and over the centre of your bust) and your waist (at the smallest part) against our sizing chart. When taking your bust and waist measurements be sure to hold the tape measure taut, without any slack. If you have any slack in the tape measure it will result in a dress that is too big.

Some of our pieces may not be intended to be worn tight to the figure. In this case, the measurements provided within each size bracket are the SUGGESTED figure size for the garment rather than the exact sizing of the piece.

Our advice: as there is no give to our fabric, if you have a fuller bust we would advise sizing up. Please contact us at hello@olanaclothing for advice before placing your order should you like a little help with sizing.

Note: As all of our garments are hand cut and sewn, please understand that we work at a 1cm tolerance either side of the measurement.

If you require specific, individual tailored measurements or lengths, please feel free to contact us at hello@olanaclothing.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We do offer a bespoke tailoring service where we are able to create bespoke bodice sizes and skirt lengths for an additional fee.

And she is the most exquisite and charming little dress a girl can own. 

Crafted from the most luxurious and rich organic cotton velvet and lined in bamboo silk. Featuring the most flattering sweeping neckline and scoop back that is offset with soft puff sleeves that finish just above the wrist for an elegant finish. The gently gathered skirt and waist tie are the ultimate feminine touch and allow for all your party whirling and twirling. A dress for the Audrey Hepburns of the world.

Skirt length

Sizes 6, 8, 10: 18 inches from waistband to hem.

Size 12: 19 inches from waistband to hem.

Sizes 14 & 16: 20 inches from waistband to hem.

Outer: 100% organic cotton velvet.
Lining: 100% organic bamboo silk.

Fabric properties: Dense, lustrous, smooth.

Gentle hand washing using mild fabric conditioner is advised. Cool iron on reverse.

If you require specific measurements or a different hem length, we offer a bespoke tailoring service where we will do our very best to craft your garment to suit your personal measurements.
